Shot Salmon
Is it a day healthy?
for breakfast I had an Odwalla Super Protein drink with 18 grams of protein per bottle ... it was 90 percent fruit juice. Iwill have for lunch and salmon salad and grilled chicken and salad dinner. I also do 40 minutes of aerobic or core of a day. and a shot of B-12 per month. Well what will be healthy then? And fun? and I do not like chicken mentral cycles.
Sounds really healthy for me and boring, but whatever makes you happy
