Crankbait Plug
Has anyone had luck with?
A traditional Fishing Lure, especially a crankbait (plug)? I got bored, the other day and made one on a piece of 2X4 and looks really good! He floats like I want and I even had a triple on it. I have no chance try it this week, but has anyone else had any luck? I have not yet painted. I asked another question which I have to use paint. Well, It's how all began commercial lures. They had to be made by a person at a time and tested to see if they catch fish. James Heddon carved his first decoy "a frog". Fred Arbogast carved his fir luring a piece of broom handle and after no luck with her from the store until he and a buddy watching, made some changes and the Jitterbug was born. All makers have stories of how all lures started and most have started with a little imagination and the desire to catch fish on something they did. Good luck.
